ABC's of Preschool Nutrition

Preschoolers are fun… one day they like something, the next day they don’t. Many moms and dads don’t think this is fun though. In this class you will learn about the developmental stages of preschoolers and how it relates to their eating habits, tips for healthy eating, food and nutrient guidelines, preschool recipes, food and nutrition activities and healthy meal and snack ideas.
