Healthy Parenting Support Group

· Are you looking for healthy ways to talk to your children about food, weight, exercise or body image?
· Do you worry about your child’s body image or self-esteem?
· Are mealtimes unpleasant?
· Does your own body image or eating habits get in the way of healthy parenting?

This support group will be facilitated by Mira Rocca, MA, MFT (Marriage & Family Therapist) and Nicole Meadow, MPN, RD (Pediatric Dietitian)

Cost: $30 for one group or $100 for 4 consecutive groups
