Sports Nutrition for Teens

Soccer, basketball, hockey, tennis, volleyball, baseball, swimming, wrestling, you name it. Our kids do one or ten sports during the school year! Maintaining optimal nutrition and hydration before, during and after physical activity is extremely important but not always discussed. In the class your teen athlete will learn how to eat for optimal health.
